Kevin Carnes joined Turnkey Facility Maintenance in March 2025 as Senior Business Development Manager. A Georgia native from Marietta and now residing in Dunwoody, Kevin brings extensive experience working alongside property management and facilities professionals across the commercial real estate industry. Prior to Turnkey, Kevin worked with Arbor Guard Tree Specialists and Epic Restoration, developing strong relationships and helping clients maintain and protect their properties. Kevin is an active participant in industry organizations including BOMA, CREW, and CAI Georgia. Outside of work, Kevin is an avid hunter and fisherman who is passionate about environmental stewardship and enjoys teaching others safe and responsible outdoor practices.
